Replace the spreadsheets with one system that fits.
When the business runs on spreadsheets, chat groups and software nobody likes, things slip: stock, payments, approvals, hours. We build one system that holds all of it, shaped to your process rather than a template's.
Sounds familiar?
Ticked two or more? Let us talk- The numbers in the spreadsheet never match reality.
- Orders, quotes and approvals live in chat threads.
- Month-end means days of copying between files.
- You pay for software but still do the real work in Excel.
- Only one person knows how anything works.
Built from the parts your business needs.
Every system is different, but most are put together from the same building blocks.
Operations and inventory
Stock tracked from supplier to store to customer, with reorder levels and counts that reconcile.
Sales, quotes and invoicing
Quotes that become orders and invoices, with what each customer owes always up to date.
Approvals and workflows
Requests routed to the right person in the right order, with a record of who approved what.
Staff and field teams
Staff records, jobs, timesheets and the people side of the business in one place.
Dashboards and reports
The numbers owners ask for, on a phone, without anyone building a spreadsheet first.
Roles and audit trail
Everyone sees what they need and nothing more, and every change is recorded.
You see working software every two weeks.
You see progress on a link you can click, not in a status report.

Questions people ask us
Should we buy off-the-shelf software or build our own?
Buy when a product already fits how you work: it is quicker and the cost is predictable. Build when you keep bending your process to fit the software, paying for features nobody uses, or exporting to spreadsheets to do the real work. We will tell you honestly which side you are on, and a custom system can still connect to the tools you already use.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on how many parts of the business the system covers, how many other systems it connects to, and how much data has to move in from your current tools. After a short discovery we agree a fixed scope and a fixed price, so you know the cost before work starts.
How long does it take?
Discovery is a few working sessions with the people who do the work. After that you see working software every two weeks, and we put the first useful part into daily use as early as possible instead of waiting for everything to be finished.
Can you move our spreadsheets and old data into the new system?
Yes. We import your existing spreadsheets and records, check the totals with you before switching over, and keep the old way running until the new system is proven.
Can you work with us if we are not in Kenya?
Yes. We work with clients by video call, email and WhatsApp, share progress on a link you can click every two weeks, and our working day in East Africa Time overlaps with Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Who owns the software?
You do. You own the code we write for you, and it runs on standard, widely used technology (Laravel, PHP and PostgreSQL), so any competent developer can work on it in future.
