Which payment methods can you integrate?
Card payments through gateways such as Paystack, mobile money including M-Pesa through Safaricom's Daraja API, and bank transfers confirmed by the bank's notifications. We pick the providers that suit your customers and your country.
How much does a payment integration cost?
It depends on what you need: a checkout alone is the smallest job, while matching payments to invoices, refunds and payouts, subscriptions and reconciliation add to it. We give you a fixed price after a 30-minute call. Separately, each provider charges its own transaction fees.
How do I integrate M-Pesa into my website?
Through Safaricom's Daraja API. Your website asks Daraja to send a payment prompt to the customer's phone, the customer enters their PIN, and Safaricom posts the result to your server, which confirms it with Safaricom before marking the order paid. We wrote Laravel Daraja, the open-source package many developers use for this.
Why do some payments never show up in our system?
Payment providers notify your server once. If the server was busy, deploying or unreachable at that moment, the customer has paid and your system never heard. A well-built integration checks the status of every payment that did not get a notification and reconciles against the provider's own records every day, so no payment is lost.
Can you add payouts and refunds as well?
Yes. We build refunds and payouts to customers, agents or staff, with each one tracked to a final result and recorded against the payment it relates to.
